Deaf tennis caters for all deaf and hard of hearing tennis players. The pathway for deaf tennis begins at local club level and expands to the prestigious Deaflympics. In Australia the main feature events on the calendar are the annual state and national championships. Every four years tennis is also a part of the Australian Deaf Games with the upcoming 2012 Games hosted in Geelong. |
